4 Hours. 240 Minutes. TORTURE.
So, I took a standardized test this morning. It was the AP exam for Calculus, and it was crazy difficult. Not only did we have to attempt problems we didn't know how to solve, we also had to do it for 4 hours. It was like the SAT on steroids, man. Now, I signed a paper saying I wouldn't talk about the questions, so I won't.
However, I will write a bit about the test security. The people that write this thing have to be the most uptight people in the world.
Here's a rundown of security:
-All cell phones had to be turned in pre-test.
-The test is in two parts: therefore, two packets. The first packet HAD to be handed in pre-break.
-Every time we finished a section, we had to put seals over the booklet to ensure we wouldn't go back.
-We signed 3 TIMES saying we wouldn't divulge the test answers.
Idiotic, and insane.
Now, let's put government money to REAL work, and protect those who actually need protecting, shall we?
